1 (REHOBOTH, 18 MAR (NAMPA) - Minister of Information and Communication Technology, Stanley Simataa, officially commissioned two of the Mobile Telecommunications Limited (MTC)’s new 14 new network sites in the Kavango West and Zambezi regions last week.
