Church service held for former head of Ongha Health Centre who died in Otavi-Tsumeb crash

OHADIWA, 25 MAR (NAMPA) – Hundreds of mourners gathered for a church service at Ohadiwa yaKapombo village in the Ohangwena Region on Saturday in honour of retired nurse Loide Namhindo, who died in an accident on the Otavi-Tsumeb road.
Namhindo, 71, formerly served in the Ministry of Health and Social Services and was in charge of the Ongha Health Centre.
She is one of 13 passengers who died when two minibuses collided head-on, on the B1 road near Otavi on 17 March.
