1 (ONGWEDIVA, 26 MAR, NAMPA) – King Immanuel Kauluma Elifas of the Ondonga Traditional Authority died Tuesday morning in the Onandjokwe Lutheran Hospital.
His spokesperson, Ondonga Traditional Authority senior councillors Naeman Amalwa, announced Elifas’s death in a media statement.
Elifas, 86, was also the chairperson of the Council of Traditional Leaders in Namibia.
