1 (OLUKONDA, 13 APR, NAMPA) – President Hage Geingob said the late Omukwaniilwa Immanuel Kauluma Elifas exuded great honour, wisdom and unique astuteness throughout his life.

Geingob said this at Elifas’ funeral held at Olukonda in the Oshikoto Region today.

Elifas died on 26 March in the Onandjokwe Lutheran Hospital near Ondangwa at the age of 86.
