Former cop allegedly tries to kill baby

WINDHOEK, 15 APR (NAMPA) – A former police officer allegedly attempted to murder a four-month-old baby around 20h20 at Ileni informal settlement in Keetmanshoop on Friday.
Head of Public Relations at the Namibian Police Force, Deputy Commissioner Edwin Kanguatjivi said in a crime report on Monday that the incident happened after the mother told the suspect the baby is not his.
