PG’s decision not yet available in Keetmanshoop murder case

KEETMANSHOOP, 16 MAY (NAMPA) – The Prosecutor General (PG)’s decision in a case of a 29-year-old man accused of murdering a 39-year-old man here in May last year, is not yet available.
The accused, Benny Pieters on Thursday made another court appearance before Magistrate Philanda Christiaan in the Keetmanshoop Magistrate’s Court who postponed his case to 21 July this year.
This is to allow the PG to decide or determine if investigations are fully completed and for the continuation of trial.
