1 (WINDHOEK, 12 JUN, NAMPA) – Information and Communication Technology Minister Stanley Simataa yesterday tabled a draft law in the National Assembly that provides for a framework for the promotion, legal recognition, admission and use of electronic evidence in Namibia.
