House for Hope project started at Bethanie

BETHANIE, 16 JUN (NAMPA) – Housing in Namibia has become a humanitarian crisis, that different stakeholder initiatives can help solve, the councillor for the Berseba Constituency Dawid Boois has said.
Speaking at the handover of two houses built under the House for Hope initiative at Bethanie on Friday, Boois said the housing backlog in Namibia by far exceeds the provision of housing and with the current economic crisis, the situation is worrisome.
