National review of Beijing Declaration launched

WINDHOEK, 17 JUN (NAMPA) – Prime Minister Saara Kuugongelwa-Amadhila on Monday launched the Comprehensive National Level Review on the implementation of the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action.
The 1995 declaration was adopted in China to enforce commitments on gender equality and the empowerment of women and girls.
