Annual inflation for Windoek increased in June 2019

WINDHOEK, 11 JUL (NAMPA) - The annual inflation rate for Windhoek stood at 3,7 per cent in June 2019 compared to 3,2 per cent the same period last year, as a result of increases in housing, water, electricity and other fuels.
The latest Namibia Consumer Price Index (NCPI) released by the Namibia Statistics Agency (NSA) on Thursday contained that inflation in the three sub-groups rose from 0,8 per cent to 3,3 per cent.
