Intoxicated driver kills three pedestrians near Outapi

ONGWEDIVA, 16 SEP (NAMPA) – The Namibian Police Force (NamPol) at Outapi in the Omusati Region have opened a culpable homicide and drunken driving case after a driver ran over three pedestrians, including a toddler, with a Toyota Land Cruiser on Saturday.
Inspector Linekela Shikongo of the NamPol’s Public Relations Unit in the region confirmed the incident to Nampa on Sunday which occurred around 20h00 at Okakwa location on the Outapi-Oshakati main road.
