SA man arrested with cannabis makes first appearance in regional court

KEETMANSHOOP, 20 SEP (NAMPA) – A 36-year-old South African man arrested with cannabis worth N.dollars 2.4 million in December last year, made his first appearance in the Keetmanshoop Regional Court on Thursday.
Celumusa Ndebele appeared before Magistrate Frans Anderson who postponed his case to 08 and 09 November 2019 for plea and trial.
