Swapo manifesto not available for public consumption yet

WINDHOEK, 08 OCT (NAMPA) – The Swapo Party’s 2019 election manifesto is not yet available publicly despite being launched over the weekend.
The document was launched by Swapo’s leader, President Hage Geingob, on Saturday at Outapi in the Omusati Region.
Geingob described the document as a contract between the ruling party and the people of Namibia for the next five years.
