CoW inaugurates informal area electrification project

WINDHOEK, 07 NOV (NAMPA) – The City of Windhoek (CoW) on Thursday inaugurated its Informal Area Electrification project, earmarked to electrify 1 200 houses in the informal settlements of Tobias Hainyeko and Moses Garoeb constituencies.
Speaking at the inauguration, CoW Mayor, Muesee Kazapua said the City will invest N.dollars 13 million in the project, which it received from the Ministry of Urban and Rural Development to electrify the areas of Okahandja Park and Havana, in those two constituencies.
