1 (LUSAKA, Nov. 20 (Xinhua) -- The Zambian government and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) have agreed that urgent implementation of policy adjustments will be essential in restoring the country's fiscal and debt sustainability, a senior government official confirmed today.
