Namibians prefer funding development from own resources: Afrobarometer

WINDHOEK, 20 NOV (NAMPA) – Namibians are divided on the question of whether development assistance loans advanced to the country by development partners should be given with strings attached.
This is according to an Afrobarometer survey carried out in August this year, which highlighted perceptions Namibians have regarding development assistance to the country, external loans and which development model is best suited for the State.
