15-year-old learner allegedly commits suicide at Otjiwarongo

OTJIWARONGO, 21 NOV (NAMPA) - A 15-year-old learner at the Karundu Junior Secondary School in Otjiwarongo allegedly committed suicide by hanging herself inside her sleeping room in the Ombili informal settlement on Wednesday.
Spokesperson of the Namibian Police Force in the Otjozondjupa Region, Inspector Maureen Mbeha in an interview with Nampa on Thursday said the deceased has been identified as Maria Tumweneni Uusiku.
