ECN congratulates by-election winners

WINDHOEK, 16 JAN (NAMPA) - The Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) has congratulated the four councillors who won the by-elections held in their respective constituencies on Wednesday.
They include Maxie Minnaar of the Landless People's Movement for Keetmanshoop Urban Constituency, Augustinus Tebele of Swapo for the Gobabis Constituency, Samuel Angolo also of the Swapo party for Khomasdal Constituency and independent candidate Knowledge Ipinge for the Walvis Bay Urban Constituency.
