1 (ONGWEDIVA, 21 JAN, NAMPA) – A toddler drowned in a bucket of water at Onambulanga village in the Omusati Region’s Onesi Constituency on Sunday.

Warrant Officer Anna Kunga of the Namibian Police Force (NamPol)’s Community Affairs office in the region told Nampa on Monday the girl, aged one year and three months, was identified as Kaheva Fernandu from Angola.
