Max Makushe Secondary School learners sent home due to broken pots

MUKWE, 22 JAN (NAMPA) - Max Makushe Secondary School in the Kavango East Region has sent all its learners home as they cannot be fed because the electric pots used in the hostel’s kitchen, are broken.
The school has 1 206 learners, of which 1 055 are in the hostel. They had been eating bread with tea or juice since school opened last week. The learners were all released from school on Tuesday.
