Air Namibia appoints Elia Erastus as acting CEO

WINDHOEK, 11 FEB (NAMPA) – Air Namibia on Tuesday announced that it has appointed its Chief Human Resources Officer, Elia Erastus, to act in the capacity of chief executive officer from 11 February until a substantive CEO is appointed.
A media statement issued by Air Namibia’s Corporate Communications Officer, Twakulilwa Kayofa said this follows the resignation of interim CEO, Xavier Masule, who resigned recently citing personal reasons.
