Namibia Constitution Day celebrated at Keetmanshoop

KEETMANSHOOP, 13 FEB (NAMPA) – Former Parliamentarian, Willem Konjore said the democratic culture that started with the constitution-making process has grown over the past 30 years, to the point the nation can confidently speak of Namibia as a true constitutional democracy.
