1 (WINDHOEK, 13 FEB (NAMPA) – Water and electricity were reconnected at some schools in Windhoek yesterday after the Ministry of Education, Arts and Culture (MoEAC) partially paid the outstanding utilities bill on Tuesday and yesterday respectively.

The water and electricity at several schools and hostels in Windhoek were suspended due to non-payment by the City of Windhoek on Tuesday.
