Constitution promises free and compulsory primary education: Walters

KEETMANSHOOP, 14 FEB (NAMPA) – The constitution promises free primary education to all Namibians; as well as the provision of facilities and establishment and maintaining of State schools where this right can be realised, Ombudsman John Walters has said.
