Campenaerts wins Nedbank Cycle Challenge

WINDHOEK, 16 FEB (NAMPA) – Belgian cyclist Victor Campenaerts beat local favourites Dan Craven and Martin Freyer to win the men’s 2020 100 kilometres (km) Nedbank Cycle Challenge Road Race in Windhoek on Sunday.
The race serves as part of the Olympic qualifiers for Namibian cyclists, male and female, who have been allocated one spot each for Japan 2020.
The Belgian finished the race in a time of two hours, 11 minutes and 35 seconds (02:11:35), seven minutes and 30 seconds ahead of second-placed ...
