Alte Feste to receive facelift

WINDHOEK 10 APR (NAMPA) – The Ministry of Education, Arts and Culture (MoEAC) on Wednesday announced that it has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Namibia Craft Centre to transform the Alte Feste.
