KEETMANSHOOP, 13 APR (NAMPA) - The Directorate of Education Arts and Culture in the ||Kharas regional council on Friday awarded learners who performed well in their 2023 Namibia Senior Secondary Certificate Ordinary (NSSCO) and Advanced Subs (AS) level examinations.
