European Union to fund ECD reform programme

WINDHOEK, 17 APR (NAMPA) – The European Union (EU) Delegation to Namibia launched an Early Childhood Development (ECD) Reform Programme at the Harmony ECD Centre in the Mix settlement on the outskirts of Windhoek on Wednesday.
The ECD Reform Programme is an EU-flagship programme on early childhood development and pre-primary education aimed at contributing to a well-educated and skilled society in Namibia which can play an active role in the nation’s social and economic development.
