Three women in KHP court for fraud

KEETMANSHOOP, 23 JAN (NAMPA) – Three women appeared in an ongoing trial before magistrate Murray Shikongo in the Keetmanshoop Magistrate’s Court on Monday on charges of fraud involving an estimated N.dollars 324 000.
The accused - Magret Diergaardt, Eugene Fleermuys and Violet Basson - are all former employees of the Lewis furniture store in Keetmanshoop, where the alleged theft of money took place.
The crime was detected in February last year, following an audit at the company.
