State provisionally withdraws case against cannabis accused at Keetmanshoop

KEETMANSHOOP, 22 JAN (NAMPA) - The State on Tuesday provisionally withdrew its case against a 42-year-old man arrested with cannabis worth N.dollars 130 000 at Keetmanshoop in April last year.
On Tuesday, prosecutor Coleen Yisa told the court that the Prosecutor General (PG) decisions say the State has to acquire the exact weight of the cannabis before the PG can make a decision on how the court should proceed with the matter.
