KEETMANSHOOP, 20 JUN (NAMPA) – Over 100 people in Keetmanshoop on Wednesday attended the //Kharas regional leg of national workshops on applying for marine fishing rights conducted by Ministry of Fisheries and Marine Resources (MFMR) officials.
