WINDHOEK, 18 OCT (NAMPA) – Namibia is performing well in the information and communications sector, Deputy Director of Institutional Policy Regulation and Monitoring (IPRM) in the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology (MICT), Elizabeth Ujarura Kamutuezu has said.
