Kahimise legal battle starting Tuesday

WINDHOEK, 19 NOV (NAMPA) - A legal battle between the City of Windhoek and its current Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Robert Kahimise over his suspension is expected to begin in the High Court here on Tuesday.
Kahimise's lawyer Patrick Kauta confirmed to Nampa on Monday that the hearing of the urgent application in which Kahimise will ask the court to have his suspension by the City council overturned, is expected to start at 09h00.
