KEETMANSHOOP, 07 DEC (NAMPA) - A South African man arrested with cannabis worth more than N.dollars 2 million was denied bail in the Keetmanshoop Magistrate’s Court on Friday.
Celumusa Ndebele, 36, made his first court appearance before Assistant Magistrate Cornelius Cloete, who denied bail because police investigations are at an early stage and because it is not in the interest of the administration of justice for bail to be granted.
