OTJIWARONGO, 14 DEC (NAMPA) - Four people died in a head-on collision on the road between Okahandja and Karibib Thursday night.
The spokesperson of the Namibian Police Force in the Otjozondjupa Region, Warrant Officer Maureen Mbeha told Nampa Friday the accident occurred around 21h00, approximately 25 kilometres outside Okahandja.
Preliminary police investigations indicate that one of the vehicles, a Mercedes Benz driving towards Karibib, hit an oryx in the road.
