WINDHOEK, 16 DEC (NAMPA) – The Southern African Development Community (SADC) has expressed solidarity with the people of the Democratic Republic of Congo ahead of the country’s upcoming Presidential, Legislative and Provincial Elections slated for 23 December 2018.
