KOMSBERG, 21 FEB (NAMPA) – Foreign investors in the agricultural industry should be prepared to pass on skills to Namibians to help them establish and manage their own businesses, Minister of Agriculture, Water and Forestry, Alpheus !Naruseb, has said.
