WINDHOEK, 13 MAR (NAMPA) - Namibia is temporarily restricting Boeing B737 MAX 8 airplanes from landing and taking off at any national airport.
“We have decided to take precautionary action to ban the arrival or departure of any Boeing B737 MAX series aircraft from Namibian airports at this time,” the Namibia Civil Aviation Authority’s (NCAA) Executive Director of Civil Aviation, Angelina Simana said in a statement issued Tuesday.
