WINDHOEK, 19 JUL (NAMPA) – The two men arrested on Wednesday in possession of elephant tusks made their first appearance in the Katima Mulilo Magistrate’s Court on Thursday.
Nsundano Enock, 36, and Likando Martin, 39, appeared before Magistrate Clara Mwilima, who postponed their case to 26 September 2019 to allow them to seek legal representation.
Enock and Marting were denied bail and were remanded in custody.
Prosecutor Diana Khama appeared for the State.
