WINDHOEK, 19 NOV (NAMPA) – Electoral Tribunal Chairperson, Uaatjo Uanivi will make his ruling on the use of Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) for the upcoming elections on Monday, 25 November 2019.
This is just 48 hours before the nation goes for the Presidential and National Assembly elections.
