WINDHOEK, 22 NOV (NAMPA) – The Namibian Police Force (NamPol) at Oshakati in the Oshana Region arrested an unlicensed driver for reckless and/or negligent driving after he struck a pedestrian at the town on Wednesday.
Inspector Thomas Aiyambo of NamPol’s Public Relations Unit in the region confirmed to Nampa on Thursday that the incident happened around 14h45 on the Oshakati main road near the New Game Bar at Oneshila informal settlement.
