KOËS, 11 DEC (NAMPA) - Violence against women and children is probably the most widespread human rights violation in Namibia today, the Namibian Police Force’s (NamPol) Regional Commander for ||Kharas, Commissioner David Indongo has said.
There is a drastic need to do something about the problem, Indongo said in a speech delivered on his behalf during the commemoration of International Human Rights Day and the 60th anniversary of Namibia’s Women’s Day here on Tuesday.
