KEETMANSHOOP, 29 JAN (NAMPA) – ||Kharas Regional Council Chief Regional Officer (CRO), Beatus Kasete said the region has received N.dollars 23 million from the Office of the Prime Minister for improving water supply infrastructure.
Kasete, who was speaking at the opening of the ||Kharas Regional Council for 2020 here on Tuesday, noted that the boreholes in the region are drying up on a regular basis and that they as the council cannot keep up with the demand for provision of water.
