Wildlife crime cases increase from 115 to 175 in 2019

WINDHOEK, 03 APR (NAMPA) – The number of wildlife crimes recorded on an annual basis increased from 115 to 175 between 2018 and 2019.

These numbers are indicated in an Annual Wildlife Crime Report for 2019 released this week by Wildlife Protection Services Division and National Parks Directorate in the Ministry of Environment, Forestry and Tourism in collaboration with Protected Resources Division and Criminal Investigations Directorate in the Namibian Police Force.
