Social sector funding will allow health sector to roll out COVID-19 measures: Shiimi

RUNDU, 28 MAY (NAMPA) – The national budget of 2020/21 has accorded 49.5 per cent of N.dollars 64.2 billion non-interest expenditure to social sectors, Finance Minister Ipumbu Shiimi said Wednesday.
Shiimi, while tabling the National Budget for the 2020/21 financial year in the National Assembly, said this is in line with the previous budget sectoral allocation of 47.4 per cent.
