Nghipunya appears in court on culpable homicide charge

WINDHOEK, 03 JUN (NAMPA) – Suspended chief executive officer of the National Fishing Corporation (Fishcor), Mike Nghipunya, on Wednesday made his first appearance in the Windhoek Magistrate's Court on a charge of culpable homicide.
Nghipunya is also facing charges of reckless and negligent driving of a motor vehicle, as well as another charge of failing to report the occurrence of an accident within a period of 24 hours to the law-enforcement agencies.
