EIF board members appointed

WINDHOEK, 09 JUL (NAMPA) – The Minister of Environment, Forestry and Tourism, Pohamba Shifeta has appointed five members to serve as the board of directors of the Environmental Investment Fund of Namibia (EIF) for a period of three years.
Speaking at the appointment ceremony here on Thursday, Shifeta said the EIF was established in 2011 to mobilise funding for the maintenance of an endowment fund to generate income for projects towards the sustainable use of managing the environment.
