Woman kills husband at Rurumwe village and turns rifle on herself

RUNDU, 11 AUG (NAMPA) – The police in the Kavango West Region on Tuesday said a 67-year-old woman allegedly shot her 71-year-old husband before turning the rifle onto herself at Rurumwe village.
The incident allegedly happened at around 10h00 on Tuesday.
The Namibian Police Force’s Kavango West Regional Commander, Commissioner Josephat Abel told Nampa it is alleged that the woman called her daughter who lives in Rundu on Monday to come home as she was not going to see her again.
