N.dollars 1 million needed to extend damaged road at Naute Dam

NAUTE DAM, 20 JAN (NAMPA) – The Roads Authority will need close to N.dollars 1 million to extend the concrete road at Naute Dam after part of the gravel road was washed away two weeks ago, RA Divisional Manager for Maintenance, Rudolph Rittmann has said.
The road was washed away when NamWater opened all four sluices at the dam to release water as the dam was 116 per cent full.
