AR’s labour union application will not be favoured: Shinguadja

WINDHOEK, 13 APR (NAMPA) – Ministry of Labour, Industrial Relations and Employment Creation Executive Director Bro-Matthew Shinguadja has said the application by the Affirmative Repositioning (AR) Movement to register a labour union will be treated like other applications and cannot be favoured.
Shinguadja said this while responding to allegations made by AR that the ministry, specifically the Labour Commissioner, is deliberately delaying the movement’s application to register a labour union.
